Thinking Works were commissioned by Citizens Advice Bureau to deliver 20 Energy Best Deal presentations across South West London.

 

The presentations were designed to train front line staff that work with vulnerable groups how to advise on reducing energy use and reducing energy bills.

 

Sessions were well attended with a minimum of 20 participants at each workshop, and training was well received with an average feedback rating of 9 out of 10
