Thinking Works provides Winter Warmth home visiting and telpehone advice services for the 5 London boroughs of Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton, delivering over 3000 assessments a year.

Each programme uses a bespoke digital survey form to capture data and help refer clients to over 70 partners for assistance including Age UK, Citizens Advice Bureau and local health and wellbeing services.

During 2022-2023, Thinking Works helped over 3500 households save an average of £411 per property with 97% of clients that gave feedback stating they would recommend the service.
